- Can be used wet or dry
- Dry sanding saves you from having to dry the surface to check the progress of your work
- Wet sanding works more quickly, holds down the dust and reduces clogging of the sandpaper
- 220 Grit is used to shape and sand body filler
- 400 Grit is used to refine 220 grit scratches prior to applying base coat
- 800 and 1000 grit are used to scuff the blend area prior to applying base coat paint
- 2000 Grit is used for sanding clear coat for paint finishing
